Any order placed with FFC forms a legally binding contract between you – the customer – and FFC and is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
Most deliveries will take 3-5 working days.
If you are in a remote area such as the Highlands, Islands of Scotland or Isle of Man it may take up to 7 working days.
For international deliveries and to Channel Islands, PO Boxes or BFPO locations delivery prices and periods are available on application.
You have a legal 14-day ‘cooling-off period’ which starts the day after you receive your order as you have purchased something you haven’t seen in person.
There doesn’t need to be anything wrong with the item for you to get a refund of both the purchase price of the goods and the standard delivery price if you take advantage of this cooling off period.
If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we may expect you to pay the difference between the standard and the more expensive option.
You will be expected to return the goods, at your expense, but if you do not. return the goods after cancellation you must: –
• take reasonable care of them;
• make them available to be collected;
• pay any costs involved in collecting them.
The law says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not you are entitled to the following during the expected lifespan of your product:
1. Up to 30 days after the product was purchased – You can get a refund;
2. Up to 6 months – If the goods cannot be replaced, then you’re entitled to a full refund in most cases.
3. Up to 6 years – If the goods do not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back.
To apply for a refund please contact FFC at [email protected] or at the above address.
If you are returning goods, please: –
• Pack them securely to avoid damage in transit as FFC cannot be responsible for any such damage;
• Send them by Recorded Delivery or similar method;
• Include a brief note setting out why you are seeking a refund;
• Include any reference you have been given regarding your refund by FFC;
• Obtain proof of posting.
Any personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number and email address will only be used by FFC for: –
• Despatching the goods;
• Taking payment;
• Company record keeping;
• Sales analysis.
It will not be made available to any other party unless required to do so by law.
FFC reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.
The law of England and Wales is the applicable law for all matters involving FFC.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or someone else, for example if you buy it for them, receives the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform FirstFlow Creations Ltd., Millennium House, Gapton Hall Road, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR31 0NL tel. 01493 655222 Fax 01493 655221, email [email protected] of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
Please use the cancellation form below by filling it in and submitting it, but it is not obligatory.
If you use this option, we will acknowledge receipt of cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your notice of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than
(a) 14 days after the day we receive any goods supplied to you under this contract, or
(b) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the i initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees because of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You will be responsible for paying to return the goods.
